Production Associate
Shifts:
12 hour Rotating Continental Shifts (7am-7pm) and (7pm-7am) - Night Shift Premium paid - $18/hour

Responsible for:
  • Packing a variety of manufactured products (lids and containers) accurately and efficiently 
  • Ensuring that close attention is paid to the quality of the products that are coming off the machines – putting aside defective products and communicating to Shift Supervisor
  • Following and complying with Cube Management System (CMS)
  • Check quality of product (lids/containers) every stack top and bottom (flip stack prior to bagging) - look for short shots, warping, black spots, witness marks, long gates, etc.
  • Apply appropriate colored bag to the stack and pack and tape the bag closed
  • Place bagged product into the appropriate bin as indicated by the bin placard
  • Notify supervisor immediately when any quality issues are discovered
  • Count and document the number of plastic sleeves of products that are packed during each shift
  • Ensure that all parts are removed from the machine, table and over top of the conveyor before starting a new order
  • Place new placard onto new bin
  • Ensure any scrap parts are placed into the scrap bin – weigh and record as required
  • Sweep floor and ensure that any spills (oil, water, resin, parts) are cleaned up in a timely manner
  • Notify supervisor immediately of any hazards, incidents or accidents
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
  • Maintain a clean workstation(s) at all times
Maintenance Technician

Set Up Technician

  • Managing and directing resources to tackle technical issues that arise during the shift that results in meeting safety, quality and delivery targets

  • Setting, starting up and troubleshooting moulding machines for production runs
  • Providing support to the Shift Supervisor
  • Covering for Shift Supervisor as and when required

Mould Maker
Shifts:

Responsible for:
  • Manage and document repairs and maintenance of injection moulds through electronic systems
  • Disassemble, clean, change parts and reassemble moulds
  • Evaluate processes to increase production efficiency
  • Work with 2D and 3D drawings
  • Fabricate basic components related to moulds
  • Proficiency with electrical components on moulds (hot runner systems)
  • Follow 5S in the tooling shop
  • Perform emergency repairs in-between hot dies
  • Complete any work required on work order and manage inspection reports
  • Process purchase requisitions for mould parts and supplies for the tooling shop
  • Maintain inventory of critical parts and supplies (hot runner systems, tips, valve gates and gate inserts)
  • Maintain tooling storage area

Customer Service Representative

  • Responsible for the day to day operations in Customer Service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently adhering to all company policies, procedures and best practices of all order cycle activities
  • Act as liaison between Sales and other departments on customer matters (pricing, orders, shipping schedules, delivery, invoicing etc.)
  • Guide customers through our ordering process in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.

IT Application Services Manager

You must have the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology and explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. You will also need to be able to speak to business partners and understand business challenges/needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will be required to be able to present your ideas to business stakeholders.

In this role, you will apply your strong leadership, IT vendor management and deep development skills to lead the development and delivery of critical business applications across the enterprise.

  • Manage IT Application Specialist team
  • Define and enforce technology standards and governance
  • Develop application road-maps and strategies
  • Lead project delivery as well as support related matters
  • Ensure all appropriate service levels and quality objectives are met.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the application development team in the following areas:
  • Dynamics 365 environment updates
  • PTC ThingWorx IOT application
  • Performance Optimization
  • Scalability and capacity planning including benchmarking and load testing

Departmental Management

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment and works for extended periods at a computer workstation

Credentials

  • Dynamics D365 or AX experience is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in managing application support team with multiple direct reports
  • 5+ years’ experience in information technology development and/or IT consulting; or any combination of education and experience;
  • Required to manage Dynamics 365 quarterly updates, change control for any application changes and all security changes for applications
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in multiple technical categories such as but not limited to:
  • Client/Server
  • Web Services
  • MS SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 and higher);
  • Experience with corporate reporting systems, BI (business intelligence), application/data integration platforms and translation/extract programs;
  • Implementation and application management experience with Financial ERPs, warehousing and manufacturing MRP

Corporate Programs Associate

The Corporate Programs Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service to Cube’s internal customers by assisting with event and program planning and execution as well as day to day administrative/office requirements. The individual must be helpful and always display a positive and willing attitude. This role plays a critical part in Cube’s vision of making the company a “better place in which to work” through positive attitude, support and team work.

A company vehicle may be available for company use only, during regular or reasonable business hours.

A corporate credit card may also be available for use on company purchases only.

Must follow and comply with Cube Management System (CMS).

Duties as directed by Sr. Director of Corporate Programs:

Office Support

  • Assist the Sr. Director of Corporate Programs and other Leadership Team members as required
  • Actively participates in planning and executing company events and programs (i.e. set up/tear down)
  • Maintain kitchen/lunchroom supplies, such as coffee, food, drinks, paper plates, cutlery etc.
  • Clean/tidy kitchen/lunchroom during business hours as required
  • Maintain/replenish bathroom supplies
  • Purchase/order groceries as required
  • Assist with food preparation prior to company events
  • Ensure that meeting rooms and lunchrooms are fully stocked with refreshments and snacks at the start of and end of each day
  • Purchase and pick-up small parts from local suppliers and/or run errands as required
  • Water plants throughout the facility
  • Provide support to other departments as directed
  • Backup to reception
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • 1-2 years related office support and/or production support
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean abstract
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be capable of standing/walking for long periods of time
  • Must be flexible with working hours i.e. – able to start early or stay late
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team environment
  • Must possess strong attention to detail, be resourceful, must be able to solve problems and find solutions to meet diverse needs of the organization and its employees
